"Terms & Conditions"

We offer the following solutions: Web, App & E-Commerce Solutions; UI/UX Design, Graphics & Marketing; Blockchain & DApps Solutions; AI Chatbots & Automation; Cyber Security & Data Protection; and Domain, Hosting & Cloud Solutions. The specifics of any project, including deliverables, timelines, and costs, will be outlined in a separate agreement or statement of work.

Clients must provide necessary resources, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays on the client's end may result in adjusted project timelines. Zarin Solutions is not liable for issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

All payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. We require a 50% advance payment before commencing work, and the remaining 50% is due prior to final project handover. For projects exceeding $5000 in value, a 30% advance payment is required, and the remaining balance can be structured into milestones as per the final proposal or contract. We strictly do not offer any refunds once work has commenced; our commitment is solely to provide the agreed-upon services.

Upon full payment, the client retains ownership of the final deliverables, unless otherwise specified. Zarin Solutions retains the right to use the project for portfolio and marketing purposes, as well as retaining ownership over any pre-existing intellectual property or proprietary tools used during development.

Zarin Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Either party may terminate a project with written notice if the other party breaches material terms. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to the date of termination.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.

Any additional requirements, features, or modifications requested by the client after the initial scope of work has been agreed upon will be considered scope changes. Such changes may affect the project timeline and will be billed separately as per our standard rates or as mutually agreed. We are happy to accommodate changes, but they must be properly managed to ensure project success.
